THIS IS A ADULT GENERALUNIT-MUST BE ABLE TO START ON 9/8 -NO EXCEPTIONS - DO NOT SUBMIT IF THEY CAN'T START 9/8!*Effective 6/24/2024, any candidates presented to Brattleboro Retreat that live within 35 miles of the facility will be subject to a 10% rate decrease. Please include the candidates address or driver's license in the submission packet.Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions. Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care.Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care. The Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment that's designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery.Our treatment approach focuses on helpingpatients develop and maintaintheir sobriety while also managing co-occurring psychiatric issues (such as Depression, BipolarDisorder, Anxiety Disorders, etc.). The Co-Occurring Disorders treatment team specializes in providing high-quality intervention, medically assisted drug and alcohol withdrawal, stabilization, and the education neededto ensure astrong and successful recovery. Submission requirements: 5 years of experience as an RN required (inpatient psychexperience must be within the last 3 months, LTC will not be accepted)-REQUIREDPsych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must belisted on the resume-REQUIREDMust be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts-REQUIREDWill consider first time travelersPROFILE REQUIREMENTSResume with psych experience and age groupslisted Ex. We provide skilled assessment, rapid intervention, and acute crisis stabilization for adults who are experiencing severe episodes of Depression, Bipolar Disorders, Dual Diagnosis, Withdrawal, and Thought Disorders such as Schizophrenia. Specialty: Psych Unit: ADULT INPT Shift: 3x12 Nights
